Process: The raw coal from the main shaft is classified by 50mm in the screening workshop, and the+50mm large coal blocks are manually selected and removed as lump coal products. The -50mm raw coal is stored in the raw coal storage shed and transported to the main plant through a washing belt; Within the main factory building, a pressurized three product heavy medium cyclone separator is used for separation of -50mm or 50-6mm; Coarse coal slurry CSS separation+fine coal slurry flotation combined process, flotation can be opened or not according to the type of coal being washed. Flotation clean coal is dehydrated and recovered using a filter press, and the tail coal slurry is concentrated in a thickener and then dehydrated and recovered using a filter press. The washing water is circulated in a closed loop, which is environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
