Process: The 50-0mm raw coal adopts the main process of "fully automatic intelligent CNC jigging", and the sorting equipment is a fully automatic intelligent CNC jigging machine and flotation machine. The lower limit of the jigging machine's sorting is 0.5mm, and all -0.5mm grade coal slime is fed into flotation. The tail flotation clean coal is dehydrated and recovered using a filter press. After the tail coal slurry is concentrated in a thickener, it is combined with a high-frequency screen and a filter press for dehydration and recovery. The washing water is circulated in a closed circuit, which is environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
