Process: The 50-0mm raw coal is fed into a three product heavy medium cyclone without desliming, classification, and pressure. The coarse coal slurry is sorted by the coal slurry heavy medium cyclone, while the fine coal slurry is sorted by a flotation machine. The existing system is used for flotation, pressure filtration, and concentration, and the washing water is closed loop, which is environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
