Process: The 50-0mm raw coal adopts the main process of "no desliming, no classification, and no pressure feeding three product heavy medium cyclone coal selection". The sorting equipment is a pressure free feeding three product heavy medium cyclone, coal slurry heavy medium cyclone, and flotation machine. The lower limit of heavy medium coal selection is less than 0.1mm,+0.15mm grade coal slurry is recycled, and only -0.15mm grade coal slurry enters flotation. Flotation clean coal is dehydrated and recovered using a filter press, and the tail coal slurry is concentrated in a high-efficiency thickener and then combined with a settling filtration centrifuge and filter press for recovery. The washing water is closed loop, which is environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
