One FJCA16-4 jet flotation machine produced by our company was selected in the upgrading and renovation project of the McLuer River Coal Preparation Plant in the United States. The statistical data of 41 production shifts from December 1, 2020 to January 5, 2021 shows that within the same flotation time, the sorting indicators of the jet flotation machine (clean coal ash content, tailings ash content, clean coal yield, flotation improvement indicators) are comprehensively better than the original Denver mechanical stirring flotation machine of the plant. After the upgrade and renovation project of the factory is successfully put into operation, it can increase the production of 39 tons of flotation clean coal per hour, which alone increases the annual revenue by 23.4 million US dollars.
This is already the third coal preparation plant in the United States to use a jet flotation machine independently developed and manufactured by Guohua Technology. Although this is not the flotation model of Guohua Technology **********, long-term production results have shown that its coal selection effect is significantly better than the famous Denver flotation machine (at McClure River coal preparation plant) and Yili flotation column (at Saunders coal preparation plant), winning honor for our country.
