Process: 65-0mm raw coal is fed into a three product heavy medium cyclone without desliming, classification, and pressure. Coal with a size greater than 0.25mm is sorted by a heavy medium cyclone, while coal with a size less than 0.25mm is sorted by a jet flotation machine. Flotation clean coal is dehydrated and recovered by a pressurized filter. After the tail coal slurry is concentrated in a thickener, it is dehydrated and recovered by a horizontal settling filtration centrifugal dewatering machine and a pressure filter combined with a closed loop washing water design that is environmentally friendly.
