Process: The 50-0mm raw coal is fed into a three product heavy medium cyclone without desliming, classification, and pressure. Coarse coal slurry is sorted by the coal slurry heavy medium cyclone, fine coal slurry is sorted by a flotation machine, and flotation clean coal is dehydrated and recovered by a horizontal settling filtration centrifugal dewatering machine and a filter press. The flotation tail coal is collected using a two-stage concentration process. After the tail coal slurry water is concentrated in the thickener, it is dehydrated and recovered by a horizontal settling filtration centrifugal dewatering machine and a filter press. The washing water is closed loop, environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
