Process: 70-0mm raw coal is fed into a three product heavy medium cyclone without desliming, classification, and pressure. Coarse and fine coal slurry is dehydrated and recovered by a high-frequency screen, and the coal slurry water is concentrated in a thickener and then combined with a high-frequency screen and a filter press for dehydration and recovery. The washing water is circulated in a closed circuit, which is environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
