Process: 50-0mm raw coal is fed into a super heavy medium cyclone without desliming, classification, and pressure. Coarse coal slurry is sorted using a super heavy medium cyclone, while fine coal slurry is sorted using coarse selection and secondary flotation. Coarse cleaned coal slime is recovered by horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge, flotation cleaned coal is recovered by screen sedimentation centrifuge+filter press, flotation middling coal is recovered by filter press, and tail coal slime water system adopts two-stage concentration and two-stage recovery process. The bottom flow of the first stage of tail coal concentration is recovered using a screen settling centrifuge, while the bottom flow of the second stage of tail coal concentration is recovered using a filter press process. The washing water is circulated in a closed loop, which is environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
