Process: The 50-0mm raw coal is fed into a three product heavy medium cyclone without desliming, classification, and pressure. The coarse coal slurry is sorted by the coal slurry heavy medium cyclone, the fine coal slurry is sorted by a flotation machine, the flotation clean coal is dehydrated and recovered by a pressure filter, and the tail coal slurry water is concentrated by a thickener and then dehydrated and recovered by a pressure filter. The washing water is closed loop, environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
