Process: The 50-0mm raw coal is fed into a three product heavy medium cyclone without desliming, classification, and pressure. The coarse coal slurry is sorted by a TBS interference settling bed separator, the fine coal slurry is sorted by a flotation machine, and the flotation clean coal is dehydrated and recovered by a horizontal settling filtration centrifugal dewatering machine and a filter press. The tail coal slurry water is concentrated in a thickener and then dehydrated and recovered by a filter press. The washing water is circulated in a closed circuit, which is environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
